...or should we?
Digital
Wellbeing
It’s different for everyone.

Digital wellbeing (also known as digital wellness or digital health) is the pursuit of an intentional and healthy relationship with technology.
With many jobs and everyday activities relying on the internet and digital devices, the goal of digital wellness is to promote healthy use habits and assist the user in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in their daily life.
When it comes to our phones, everyone wants something different. But we all want the same thing: to focus on what matters. Like our work and our family.
Why should we consider it?
In recent years, there has been a surprising resurgence in the popularity of “dumb phones” also known as feature phones. While smartphones have dominated the mobile phone market for over a decade, a growing number of people, particularly Generation Z, are looking to cut back on screen time and are turning to these simpler devices.
In 2022, sales of smartphones saw a 20% YoY decline in the United States.
People are becoming increasingly aware of the negative effects of smartphone addiction, such as anxiety, stress, and social isolation.
New apps are showing up in app stores aimed at restricting smartphone use. Instead of 3rd party apps controlling it, need of in-app solutions is a must.
